Abstract
A 12 year old boy came with complaints of defective vision in both eyes for past 2 months. No H/o systemic illness. No significant family history . Visual activity in right eye 6/12 with -0.50Dcyl@ 180 degree 6/6. Vision in left eye 6/12 not improved with glass. His anterior segment was normal in both eyes. Fundus examination of both eyes revealed a clear media. Disc and vessels appeared normal. Macula showed spoke wheel pattern of edema radiating from the fovea. Peripheries appeared normal. OCT macula showed splitting of inner retinal layers and Schitic cavities in perifoveal and subfoveal region in both eyes. Fundus fluorscein angiography of both eyes showed normal filling of disc and vessels and no leakage of the cystic spaces.
