Abstract

A 30 year female presented with complaint of diminution of vision in RE eyes since 11 years & DOV in LE since 1 year. DOV in RE eye which was gradual, progressive, & painless in nature.It was associated with floaters, micropsia, metamorphopsia, flashes of light & frontotemporal headache.with sudden deterioration of vision in last 6 months. For this complaint, she has taken Rx

Similar complaint developed in Left eye since one year back.

There is no H/o ocular trauma & ocular surgery. Anterior segment of both eye was normal.

On fundus examination( both eye) in right eye pigments over macula and subretinal haemorrhage present. In left eye circular red reflex in macula suggestive of macular hole.

CONCLUSION: solar retinopathy improve over time without treatment but there no such improvement observe in this patient after treatment
