Chemical injury if not managed promptly and properly can lead to total loss of vision. Only dedicated approaches both from the patient and the ophthalmologist starting from the first day of presentation can salvage the eye and vision. We aim to provide a comprehensive guideline in restoration and rehabilitation in chemical injury patients utilizing the most recent advances and technicalities available.
