Abstract
X files in a fictional universe comprises of unsolvable/complicated cases which are challenging to approach. We Ophthalmologists too come across in our practice with these odd “baffling” cases and the so-called “unhappy” patients that pose a serious challenge. To solve these wearisome dilemma one needs to cerebrate and think out of the box. Through this course we put forward such cases which we have come across in their practice, which our team of expert panellists will dissect and deliberate. We put out a wide array of cases ranging from Tears to Brain , which would indeed be a “Sight for Sore Eyes”. We will conclude this instruction course with a few pearls that we should watch out for before/during and after any treatment, so we can potentially improvise on our treatment outcomes in our daily routine practice. Each case will be presented for 5 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion
