Abstract
Among IOL’s for Presbyopia, trifocal options are gaining increasing appreciation, the combination of distance, intermediate and near vision gives crisp image quality to the patients in all age groups. This VAST course deals with all that is needed in adopting Trifocal IOL into practice. It will cover the nuances involved in mastering and troubleshooting each situation like PO refractive surprise, importance of chord length mu to dealing unhappy patients. Pearls on biometry to achieve a Prediction error of zero which is the dream target of every cataract surgeon will be vividly elaborated. This course highlights the special approaches that are mandatory to obtain optimal results with Trifocal Toric IOL’s including use of latest available company marketed software and custom made approaches.
