Abstract
*In this retrospective comparative study post operative refractive outcomes were compared between 20 patients of cataract & coexisting primary or secondary open angle glaucoma who had phacotrabeculectomy (combined group) & patients with cataract with/without coexisting OAG who had phaco only.
*The refractive prediction error, mean absolute error & median absolute error were compared between two groups.
*Post operatively results were compared in both groups & there was statistically significant difference in combined group vs control group.
*Long term post op. refractive outcomes of phacotrabeculectomy were statistically different in eyes with OAG.
