Abstract
There are many bleb classification systems evolved from earliest Kronfield to IBAGS. All the classification systems based on the perception of clinical features evaluated on the slit lamp examination and are therefore subjective. So in our study we took bleb photograph of operated of juvenile open angle glaucoma patients at least 1 year ago age between 10 – 40 years and bleb photographs evaluated by two independent masked observers and graded using simple classification system described by us as Avascular bleb, Fibrosed bleb, and Good diffuse bleb. Also evaluated preop and intraoperative factors affecting bleb morphology, use MMC, and postop requirement anti glaucoma medications.
