Abstract

36 year old male with h/o intake of bimbili juice presented with c/o back pain.Investigations showed deranged RFT (s.cr 5.9mg/dl,b.urea 96mg/dl).After few days,patient had c/o redness,photophobia,watering in both eyes with occasional eye pain.O/E,BCVA was 6/9 both eyes.NCT RE 25mmHg,LE 27mmHg.Anterior segment examination showed circumcorneal congestion in both eyes.Anterior chamber -aqueous cells 3+.Corneal endothelium showed few KPs.PC showed pigment dispersion on anterior capsule of lens.DFE of both eyes were unremarkable.Patient was started on systemic and topical steroids and topical antibiotics.
