Abstract

To report the occurrence of subfoveal neovascularisation in chronic VKH disease

A 52 year old male patient who was in clinical remission after an acute episode of VKH disease with panuveitis treated with oral & topical steroids developed a CNVM after 3 years. There was mild AC reactivation at this time as well & he was treated first with intravitreal ranibizumab with 3 loading monthly injections with which the lesion resolved only to recurr again after a year. He was now treated with intravitreal Eyelea & has since maintained quiescence.CNVM showed PCV- like features on OCT with PEDs mainly & minimal intraretinal fluid on OCT
