Abstract
A 60 year old Male came to ophthalmology opd with a presenting complaint of gradual loss of diminished central vision and distorted vision in Right eye since one year.Past history of right eye phacoemulsification with foldable iol placed insitu 5 years back.On examination BCVA in Right Eye 6/36 with pinhole NIF Left eye 6/18 with pinhole 6/9, Near vision in Both eyes is N8. On slit lamp examination anterior segment in both eyes appears to be normal.On fundus examination Right eye there is a small dilated blood vessel one to two disc areas in diameter temporal to macula supposed to be aneurysm including cystoid changes in macula.On OCT Right eye juxtafoveal thickening and macular cystoid changes are seen.On FFA Right eye punctuated macular hyperfluroscence with late leakage and CMO changes. No history of diabetes and hypertension. Other D/d like diabetic retinopathy, ARMD, BRVO are ruled out.Patient is advised to follow up for every one month for further management if any complications.
