FP1747 : A RARE CASE PRESENTATION OF LARGE CIRCUMSCRIBED CHOROIDAL HEMANGIOMA

Abstract
INTRODUCTION:Circumscribed choroidal hemangioma are relatively rare hamartamatous vascular tumour.CASE REPORT:A 15year old male child presented with c/o diminished vision in left eye noticed since 1week.On examination,V/A-OD-6/6,OS-HM+.Anterior segment examination OU was normal.Posterior segment examination revealed OS-a circumscribed reddish orange mass of size 8*8mm in superotemporal quadrant involving superior half of macula with retinal detachment extending inferiorly with neovascularization.OD reveals normal posterior segment.On Fundus fluorescein angiography,OS-hyperfluorescence in choroidal and Early arterial phase followed by increased hyperfluorescence in late phases.On B-scan examination,noticed a homogenous hyperechoic mass in OS.MRI BRAIN AND ORBIT revealed same.other systemic imaging is normal.CONCLUSION:Early diagnosis and management is essential in salvaging the eye.
