Abstract
CASE REPORT: 1. 5O year female complained of floaters in OS. Fundus examination revealed tortuous retinal vessels near the superior portion of the disc in both eyes. 2 weeks later patient had vitreous haemorrhage in OS with 6/18 vision. She was advised bed rest and treated with ANTI VEGF.
2. 25 years male complained of floaters in OS. Fundus examination revealed both eyes dilated, intertwined, and tortuous retinal vessels with superficial haemorrhage over superotemporal disc margin with vitreous hemorrage. Fluorescein angiography and further evaluation was done.
CONCLUSION: Careful observation and monitoring of patients with prepapillary vascular loops is necessary because of the possibility of complications such as macroaneurysm rupture, BRAO, and vitreous haemorrhage.
