Abstract

4 patients with large subretinal haemorrhage over macula were treated differently with different modalities. one patient was treated with combination of AntiVEGF injection & C3F8 gas. two patients were treated with only Anti VEGF injection. one patient was treated with combination of focal laser & AntiVEGF injection.

All patients were improved significantly with resolution of subretinal haemorrage & improved visual acuity. there was no need for TPA injection/vitrectomy Sx.
