Abstract
Secondary IOL implantation is challenging and highly invasive hence we propose a relatively non-invasive SFIOL implantation technique which we have worked on for over the last 5 years (>300 cases). As compared to other SFIOL techniques, our technique is sutureless and glueless, has a shorter learning curve, is less time consuming and has a low complication rate. It could also be performed by an anterior segment surgeons in aphakic cases. This simple technique could be the answer to the complexities posed by other SFIOL implantation techniques as it requires minimal instrumentation and gives good long term results for SFIOL.
