Abstract
Glaucoma is not a black and white disease. There are multiple shades of grey which can lead to different interpretations of the same problem. The management of Glaucoma is as varied as the disease itself and numerous options are available at every step of treatment. There can be more than one correct answer to a problem at hand. From diagnostic modalities to be used in early glaucoma to lasers vs medical management in early disease and different surgical options in advanced glaucoma, there are many unanswered questions. The aim of this instruction course is to provide an evidence based guidance that can be customised to individual patients for the optimal management of glaucoma in these common but difficult situations, which will be greatly helpful to the general Ophthalmic surgeons as well as glaucoma specialists alike. The speakers through this instruction course will speak about both sides of the coin in common glaucoma dilemmas and give the audience the correct take home message.
