Abstract
The inevitable complication that is the most widely discussed and as yet, regrettably unavoidable is a large PCR resulting in a nucleus drop. The fraternity has done it’s bit to make us realise there are many escape routes, and we with the help of this IC would like to take it a step further, through various aspects involving the prevention, referral and subsequent management to salvage reasonable visual acuity for our patients.
