Abstract

OCT has revolutionised the clinical practice in Ophthalmology. Now it has become the most important ancilliary tool in day to day practice. Its role in the diagnosis and management of various posterior segment diseases is well proven , but its role in cornea ,anterior segment and Glaucoma evaluation is also gaining popularity. This instruction course is not only aimed to educate the general ophthalmologists about the importance of OCT in Structural evaluation of both anterior and posterior segments of the eye and how it aids in diagnosis of pathologies and their management but also highlight the role of Angio OCT in vitreo retinal pathologies for the retina specialist.
