Abstract

The Middle third of the face attracts the most in this aesthetically oriented world. Intractable Lower lid retraction is difficult to manage at time specially when operated multiple times.

Presenting an interesting case of a 19 year old girl operated multiple times , which was managed with utmost gratification with this procedure.

Madame Butterfly procedure , described long back in 1985 is the ultimate armamentarium for such case.
