Retinal detachment and vitreous haemorrhage was present in 1 case, aggressive posterior retinopathy of prematurity was in 11 cases,15 were stage 1, 15 were stage 2 , 6 were stage 3, 1 case was stage 5. Retinopathy of prematurity was in zone 1 in 5 cases, zone2 in 30 cases , zone 3 in 2 cases. Plus disease was in 10 cases. ROP was 88.23% in less than 28week gestation,85.71% in birth weight less than 1000 gm. Anemia and blood transfusion was risk factor in 43.59%, neonatal jaundice was risk factor in 23.08%.
