Abstract
A 34-year-old nulliparous woman had been diagnosed with Breast carcinoma and had received one cycle of chemotherapy presented with LE discomfort.
On examination her Visual acuity was 6/6 BE ,IOP 14 and 26 mm of Hg RE WNL,LE pupil was round regular reacting to light with dull yellow-grey thick membrane like mass in the angle extending from 12 to 5 clock hours ,the underlying iris tissue pulled up and adherent to the mass. Anteriorly it was adherent to the overlying corneal endothelium with focal adjacent corneal oedema. Temporal bulbar conjunctiva adjacent to the lesion had dilated sentinel vessels. OU fundus WNL. USG bio microscopy -ciliary body tumour.
