Abstract
We report the management of a very rare case of double optic disc pit with relapsing maculopathy. A 37 years old female presented with decreased vision in her left eye and history of laser done twice elsewhere. Her BCVA was 6/6 in right eye and 6/9 in left eye. Anterior segment was normal in both eyes. Posterior segment was normal in right eye; left eye showed double optic disc pit, one in temporal and nasal quadrant each with laser marks around the optic disc with serous detachment at the macula and in the nasal quadrant. OCT showed decreasing subretinal fluid after 2nd sitting of laser, so we decided to observe. After 4 weeks, she had a recurrence of maculopathy. Her FFA showed leakage nasal to the disc and ultrasound showed suspicion of orbital cyst. Laser photocoagulation was repeated. Maculopathy resolved after the laser but again recurred later so we performed PPV + ILMP with ILM stuffing into the disc pit + 14% C3F8. Two months later there was no subretinal fluid at the macula
