Mean gestational age = 29.83±1.96 weeks, ROP positive-29.50%. 72.88% cases required intervention and 27.12% cases were observed. Significant relationship was found with O2 therapy, blood transfusions and sepsis.Birth weight at treatment was significantly lower in Anti-VEGF treated group.Significantly greater number of additional Anti-VEGF injections required. In the end, all cases were regressed completely with no progression & deterioration. Conclusion:Improving awareness among community‑based health workers and parents, along with training of medical professionals (pediatricians, ophthalmologists, nurses) can help in effective and prompt care in India.
