Abstract

A 5-year-old boy presented with diplopia on right gaze after trauma. On examination, right eye showed restricted abduction with retraction and down shoot on attempted abduction, characteristic of inverse Duane’s retraction syndrome. Imaging revealed medial wall fracture with entrapment of medial rectus, which was relieved by orbitotomy.
