Abstract
Ocular trauma is a deeply distressing experience major ocular trauma can lead to irreversible blindness in due course of time We are besieged with various MLC and non MLC cases of various types and etiology with an ever increasing no of ocular trauma in present era with an increased incidence of 7.5% Trauma was classified according to ATOS classification utilising BETT strategies Overall 300 patients were evaluated in all Patients were meticulously examined and managed with best possible means and measures It was noted that MLC cases 37% had different modi of injuries as compared to non MLC cases 63 % being having a malicious intent of disfiguring patient and causing a severe injuries to Overall ocular profile and similarly age factors also played its role with injuries occurring on account of sharp objects 76% with variable results in children upto 12 years 34% in all Primary Primary repair was fruitful in 88% Present poster will discuss these findings in detail
