Abstract
A 27 years old female presented with complaints of progressive diminution of vision and frequent change of glasses. On examination, uncorrected visual acuity was finger counting close to face in the right eye and 6/60 in the left eye. The right eye was in exodeviation and bilateral horizontal nystagmus was present. On slit lamp examination, retro illumination showed complete iris transillumination and the outer lens border was visible. On fundus examination, excessive hyperemia of the fundus could be appreciated due to visible choroidal vasculature. Other clinical investigations were carried out to further characterize the complete cause of visual loss and plan for rehabilitation accordingly.
