Abstract
Purpose-To report outcomes of VisianV4C Toric ICL in Keratoconus in 3 cases.Methods-Dry Refraction, ORBSCAN, HVF,Gonioscopy was done preoperatively.32 year female had undergone OU C3R 4 years back elsewhere and keratoconus was stable confirmed from her previous ORBSCAN and recent ORBSCAN report.UCVA was 6/36OU.Dry Refraction values were -8.00DSph/-4.00DCyl at 50 degrees improving to 6/12,N6 in OD and with -8.00DSph/-2.00DCyl at 140 degrees improving to 6/12p, N6 OS.Second case was 30 year male with keratoconus had UCVA CF3 metres OU.OD improved to 6/6p with -8.00DSph/-2.00DCyl at 40 degrees and OS had apical corneal scarring.OD ICL and OS Optical PK done.Toric ICL implantation was done from temporal clear corneal incision in all 3 eyes under topical anaesthesia.Results- In first patient, unaided vision was 6/9p,N6 OU on 1st POD after ICL implantation.Second patient had 6/6(-1) on 1st POD.Conclusion-Toric ICL implantation is a good modality for visual rehabilitation in keratoconus.
