It is commonly found in elderly population with female predisposition characterized by high rate of local recurrence, regional, and distant metastases.A case of 60 yr female presented with eyelid mass and complaints of persistent blepharitis unresponsive to treatment. Wide excision of lid tumor with reconstruction of lid margin with Cutler-Beard technique was done. HPE confirmed it to be sebaceous gland carcinoma.
