Materials and Methods: Consecutive patients of retinal diseases being evaluated for retinal ischemia by angiography meeting the study criteria were enrolled. All cases underwent fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) using Zeiss FF 450. After 2 minute of dye injection, patient was laid supine and images captured using 130 degree lens of RetCam 3. Images of Zeiss FF450 were first examined and treatment decision noted. Then the RetCam 3 images were examined and any change in findings and treatment were tabulated.

Results: N= 68 patients were examined. 55 patients had additional findings in RetCam 3 group. 26 patients underwent additional treatment prescription compared to initial decisions made after examining Zeiss FF 450 images.

Conclusion: RetCam 3 can be used for ultrawide field angiography and leads to significant change in decision making.
