On comparative study significant difference found pre and post-operative vision. (p=0.00) however when compared we observed that outcomes of zone 2 GR are not significantly different than outcomes of GR involving other zones. (p=0.164) Conclusion: zone II globe rupture is a sight threatening condition, visual outcome may improve following management but may not be better than GR involving other zones.[advanced_iframe src="https://view.officeapps.live.com/op/embed.aspx?src=https://aiosproceedings.s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/2021/E-Poster/FP437.pptx" width="100%" height="608"]
