55 year old female presented with Diminution of vision in Left eye since 1 year, Associated with black colored swelling since 5 months and pain since 1 month. No co-morbidity.Best corrected visual acuity in Right eye is 6/12 & no perception of light in Left eye. Patient had immature senile cataract in right eye and fundus was within normal limits with normal IOP. In left eye there was proptosis of 4 mm with restriction of extra-ocular movements in all gazes.Conjunctiva- Dilated Blood Vessels, Sclera- Staphyloma at 2o’clock hrs 3mm from the limbus, Cornea- Band shaped Keratopathy , AC- Shallow with exudative membrane, Other details can’t be made out. CT Orbit showed mass infiltrating the vitreous cavity, Retina, Choroid with extrabulbar extension. CT whole body showed multiple metastatic nodules diffusely scattered in liver and lungs. Patient was diagnosed with Uveal Melanoma in Left eye and same was confirmed by histopathological examination and patient underwent LE exenteration.
