Abstract
A 25 year male presented with swelling in the left eye since 4 days. On examination of left eye, there is limitation of Ocular movements laterally and a proptosis of 3.5mm. A subconjunctival lesion was noted superotemporally with no obvious palpable mass. Dermolipoma was the considered diagnosis and excision was planned.CT scan showed a soft tissue swelling at lacrimal gland extending to posterior orbit and intraconal space. Histopathology and immunohistochemistry revealed Myxoid solitary fibrous tumor of the left orbit. PET CT was not suggestive of any systemic involvement. EBRT was suggested in view of possible local recurrence. The patient came back after 5 months with a local recurrence. Debulking of the tumor followed by stereotactic EBRT was done and the patient is doing well.
