Abstract
Case Report: A 65-year-old male came with left upper eyelid mass since 10 years. But since one year, it had grown very rapidly with bleeding and purulent discharge. It was exophytic, lobulated and firm mass measures around 8x6x4 cm. Incisional biopsy confirmed the diagnosis. Radical radiation therapy was given to minimise tumor size as lid reconstruction was not possible.
Conclusion: TLC has benign character but over a period of time it may show aggressive growth. Early diagnosis and surgical reconstruction with histological clear margins remains mainstay of treatment. For large tumors radical radiation therapy is required to minimize its size.
