Abstract

Purpose:To measure & compare the efficacy of wavefront guided PRK & wavefront guided LASIK.Methods: In this prospective comparative study 50 number of eyes for both the groups were selected. The patients having myopia and myopic astigmatism willing for refractive surgery that satisfied the inclusion & exclusion criteria were included in the study. The follow up period was three months. In both the groups WFG LASIK & WFG PRK, performed by the same surgeon.Patients were evaluated preoperative & post operatively at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months on UCVA, BCVA, contrast sensitivity and HOA being the parameters.
