Abstract
A 37 years female presented with C/o Floaters in (OS). BCVA was 6/6,N6 in (OD) and 6/9,N8 in (OS). Had undergone Laser PHC in (OS) for previously diagnosed optic disc pit associated maculopathy?. On examination (OD) was WNL and (OS) showed 2 pits in optic disc along with exudative RD confirmed on ultrasound (also no orbital cyst) and OCT as NSD. FFA showed leakage from disc inferonasally and temporally. She underwent (OS) Laser Augmentation. 1 month post laser PHC showed decrease in height of NSD. 7 months later she presented with further DOV in (OS) to 6/36,N18 and was diagnosed with recurrent inferior RD and she underwent (OS) PPV + ILMP + free flap stuffing into disc EL + FAE + C3F8. Post op 1 month (OS) BCVA was 3/60,N36 with the OCT documenting presence of stuffed ILM over optic disc. 2 months post op showed few small pockets of SRF parafoveally and ILM flap in situ over the optic disc. Surgical technique and associated pre and post-operative imaging make this a compelling case.
