Abstract
In our study a 65yr old female patient presented with chief complaints of diminution of vision in LE since 2months. BCVA RE-6/9, LE-CFCF. Fundus examination RE-Normal, LE-showing RPE Degeneration superonasally, subretinal massive exudation in macular area with thickened retina, Superficial haemorrhages with subretinal greyish yellow membrane in macular area, Peripheral retina thickened with surrounding Subretinal fluid and exudates in Superotemporal arcade causing retinal edema and aneurysmal dilatation superior to disc near arcade s/o polyp. FFA shows early nodular hyperfluorescence near ST arcade and sinusoidal aneurysmal expansion superior to disc increasing in intensity and size in late phase. Bscan shows dome shaped lesion with thickened Hyaloid and peripapillary choroidal thickening. OCT- fusiform thickened RPE, altered foveal contour, thickened choroid nasally with overlying Subretinal fluid, incomplete PVD, intraretinal fluids. Patient was treated with Intravitreal AntiVEGF.
