Abstract

24 years old male student reported with strain in eyes while readding alongwith watering from both eyes . DVA was 6/6 in both eyes , IOP was with in normal limits . anterior segment findings – WNL both eyes . Fundus examination was carried out which revealed typical bony spicules in left eye , RE – fundus examination -WNL . Fundus pictures of left eye were taken . fields done which also revealed scotomas in left visual fields . Patient was thoroughly evaluated and further to undergo ERG at higher centre .
